If anybody should read this and are on the coast you are to brace yourself for the storm coming up the coast.
They advise those of you affected to be prepared and make sure you have an emergency kit and emergency plan ready in case you are stuck or need to evacuate in a hurry.
Recommended items are: can goods such as tuna, chicken, turkey will be good. A jar of peanut butter, peanut butter crackers, boxes of raisins, small boxes of cereals, maybe parmalat milk, fruit cups, apple sauce, Hunt Snack pack puddings, a small jar of jelly, and a loaf of bread.
Don't forget the pet food.
Check your batteries and flashlights anything that runs on batteries. If you have a transistor radio that would be excellent.
Fill car with gas in case you need it.
